Are you the right person for the job?

• While knowledge of mechanical equipment is an advantage, the company provide comprehensive on-site training
• You may have worked at places like Machine Mart, Screwfix, or as an Agricultural Merchant
• Excellent phone manner, ability to create quotations and a friendly approach to customer service
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn

What will your role look like?

• Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, ensuring a positive and helpful experience
• Phone Support: Handle internal phone calls efficiently in a professional and friendly manner
• Quotations: Create and email quotations tailored to customer needs
• Product Knowledge: Advise customers on their range of machinery and equipment
