Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven FX Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with clients in the foreign exchange market. This role requires a deep understanding of FX products, market trends, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FX market.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Provide clients with timely and accurate information on FX products and market trends.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and queries.
Deliver customized FX solutions that meet client requirements.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators.
Provide clients with insights and updates on market developments.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, client activity, and market trends.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including trading, research, and compliance, to deliver seamless service to clients.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FX sales or a similar role within the financial services industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of FX products, services, and market dynamics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Certifications:
Relevant financial certifications (e.g., CFA, Series 7/63) are a plus.
