Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid-2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of Volkswagen Group UK & Ireland, Mercedes UK, Polestar UK, Octopus Energy and other innovative brands.

We are looking to recruit a Sales Executive to reach out to customers who have started their process with Ohme, answer questions, and provide guidance on purchasing an Ohme EV charger. In this role, you’ll rely on your excellent communication skills and business acumen to drive sales over the phone. In addition, you’ll aggregate feedback of customers who do not continue in the process to drive improvements with our product teams. Most importantly, you’ll understand our customers needs and provide direction on how Ohme can offer a superior charging experience.

Requirements

What we want in your first 6 months at Ohme:

• Develop an effective sales channel through telephonic engagement.

• Act as the voice of the customer and provide regular, structured, feedback to internal teams at Ohme to drive improvements in our products or processes.

Who you are:

• Speak plain English: Communicate technical information in a simple manner that everyone understands.

Experiences and qualities that are essential:

• Sales experience, telephonic or otherwise.

• Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude. Naturally inquisitive and a creative problem solver.

• Familiar with CRM systems and practices.

• Excellent communicator, both in writing and on the phone.

• Experience working with specific targets (and exceeding them).

• Excellent organization and people skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in an environment that is continuously changing and evolving.
