- Maintain and expand existing revenue streams by effectively managing accounts and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Developing, generating, and maximising business from existing centres.
- Increasing the number of approved centres and maintaining relations with centres.
- Managing company's promotion (physical & digital), including forums, exhibitions, etc.
- Identifying new opportunities and serving as the company's representative at all levels.
- Developing and maintaining relations with industry stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis of trends and insights to drive strategic business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
- Achieve ambitious sales targets in key sectors to bolster market share, while cultivating strong relationships with external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and business presence.
- Outstanding business development and account management skills
- Proven experience in surpassing sales targets while effectively managing costs
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships, particularly at a senior level
- In-depth understanding of current opportunities, challenges, and solutions within the Awarding body space
- Excellent written proposal and presentation skills
- Financial acumen, including the ability to accurately forecast income
- Comfortable working under demanding deadlines
