With card payments being the preferred method of transacting retail business, the market has huge potential!

This is a field-based role, and our Business Development Managers are tasked with approaching independent businesses to help them reduce their costs in taking card payments.

Our market is SME’s, so you will be selling into a wide range of small businesses from retail to hairdressers, hospitality to restaurants through to garages and service providers like electrical and decorating. Businesses turning over up to £3M per annum.

The location we are looking to cover centres on Edinburgh and the surrounding district.

You’ll need to have proven experience in our sector and the potential to develop into a regional management role.

You’ll be results orientated with a proven track record of hitting targets and with the determination to cold call in the field every day as well as maximising opportunities through referrals, networking and relationship building. This position will suit an individual who is determined with a can-do attitude.

Good organisation and planning skills to maximise your effectiveness are critical to success in this position. Our back-office systems are market leading allowing BDM’s to quote and sign up clients on the spot.

We are offering a base salary of £32,000 plus generous car allowance. We have an uncapped commission structure with personnel hitting 15 sales per month earning over £93K.
