Business Development Manager – Chesterfield – Up to £32,000 + OTE
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a rapidly expanding, family business who are looking for a Business Development Manager who is looking for a new challenge. This role would be a great fit for someone with previous experience in the automotive industry or in a similar role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and fellow colleagues.

Package & Benefits:
- Up to £32,000 per annum (Experience depending)
- Performance-based bonus
- Entry into the pension scheme (3% employer contribution)
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Improve overall customer relationships
- Acheive branch targets
- Ensure CRM and customer information is up to date
- To support our customers growth & develop long term relationships for the business
- Visiting customers,
- Spotting opportunities for new sales
- Be organised and produce high quality customer visits reliably
- Interpret Customer needs & ensure they are met
- Manage leads and new business opportunites, ensuring you are delivering on them
- To represent the business with a professional & customer first approach
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 years motor factor sales experience or experience in a similar role
- Full UK driving licence
- Computer literate and possess basic IT skills
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
- A smart personal appearance
- This role would suit someone who has a genuine passion to deliver and drive sales
