We're on the lookout for a talented Business Development Manager specialising in mechanical solutions for the construction and civil engineering sectors.

Elevation Recruitment are recruiting for a leading player in the realm of innovative mechanical solutions, dedicated to transforming the landscape of construction and civil engineering projects. With a focus on cutting-edge design and a commitment to excellence, we're seeking a Business Development Manager to develop new markets and seek new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis and Strategy:

   • Conduct thorough market research to identify key players, trends, and opportunities.
   • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate and expand the market.

2. Client Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in targets sectors including Civil Engineering, Flood control, Hoisting and Nuclear
   • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.

3. Product Knowledge and Innovation:

   • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in mechanical solutions.
   • Work closely with the product development team to enhance and innovate our offerings based on client feedback and market demands.

Skills & Experience:

• Experienced in technical project-based industrial selling
• Strong Account Management experience
• Proven track record in progressing projects to order placement
• Will be comfortable seeking out and completing high value bids and tenders
• Track record of closing high value projects / enquiries
• Playing an active role in further development of a robust Sales Pipeline
• Involvement in quotation preparation and ensure quotes meet customer requirements
• Ability to operate and travel across the UK
