Salary/Rate:
£35,000/annum Plus bonus of up to £24,000

Are you an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager and have ideally worked within the Kitchen industry? Would you like to work for an established and successful family run business? There is a salary of £35,000 basic plus a bonus structure of up to £24,000 and a company car after a 3 month period. The Role:

  • Take control of the sales department in its entirety, managing all aspects from recruitment and termination to ensuring company sales targets are met.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. -
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats. 
  • Track and analyse sales staff performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Strong leadership skills to provide guidance, training and mentorship to a small team

About You:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development. 
  • The ability to build and manage a small sales team, ensuring targets are met. -
  • Strong understanding of the kitchen industry. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels. 
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
  • Proficiency in software and IT skills..

You will be working a 37.5 hour week with some flexibility, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, bonus and a company car
