We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the charge in our waste management division. Location: Ascot/Berkshire.

Salary: £32k-£37k basic, with car allowance and a chance to earn an uncapped commission.

Responsibilities:

- Uncover hidden gems of business opportunities within the waste management sector through strategic market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Cultivate enduring partnerships with clients, understanding their eco-conscious needs and delivering bespoke solutions that transform waste into wealth.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, driving client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and competitor movements, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase our waste management solutions as the answer to tomorrow's environmental challenges.
- Master the art of negotiation, closing deals that not only meet but exceed our sales targets, paving the way for a greener future.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts, demonstrating our commitment to transparency and accountability.

Experience:

- Experience of sales or business development within the waste management or construction industry.
- A proven track record of driving sales success while championing environmental sustainability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for fostering meaningful client relationships.
- Proficiency in utilising Salesforce or similar CRM software to streamline processes and maximise efficiency.
- Sharp analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, always seeking out innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also excel independently when the going gets tough.
