As we continue to expand our client base and strengthen our presence in the market, we are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Recruiting and Business Development Manager to join our team to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio. The Recruiting and Business Development Manager role offers a base pay plus a competitive commission structure, car allowance and life insurance.

To be successful in this role as the Recruiting and Business Development Manager, you should be self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented, and possess a proven track record in sales and business development within the recruitment industry. The Recruiting and Business Development Manager should also possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries, initiate contact, and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand clients' hiring needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor our recruitment solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value propositions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial and long-lasting partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with our recruitment team to align client requirements with candidate profiles, ensuring successful placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to the management team

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the recruitment industry
  • Strong understanding of various industries and their hiring needs
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office
