Due to organisational growth, Pin Point Recruitment is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support our further growth.

Your job will primarily be to grow our industrial and driving business. You will be given one on one support from the Senior Team and a realistic timeframe needed to generate a profitable pipeline. However, it will be expected that you have the ability and self-motivation to create new business opportunities independently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and engage with employers through various pathways to win new business.
  • Develop and maintain employer relationships.
  • Attend meetings with decision makers to discuss their recruitment needs.
  • Create proposals and assist with creating presentations to win new business.
  • Report sales data and forecasts on a regular basis to the Head of Sales.
  • Cross-sell companywide services, seizing all opportunities to offer clients a well-rounded service.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Developing new business and client relationships.
  • Track record of winning business.
  • Coming from a recruitment background is required.
  • Experience of sales and cold calling, however you would have the freedom to sell the way which is most productive for you - if you are proficient with other methods.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Generating your own leads, negotiating, winning, and closing new business deals.

Standard Hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday – Friday
