A large UK Construction and Property firm are looking for a motivated, organised BD Coordinator/Relationship Manager to join their growing Digital team. They are going through a large amount of growth and are winning new work and need somebody to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

As the Business Development Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Head of Digital and Marketing department. For this role, you will be responsible for and have experience in:

• Working closely with all areas of the business to promote and sell this organisation to the wider market
• Create Marketing Materials using pre-defined templates and information
• Planning and implementation of business development events, such as client hosting and dinners to ensure there is a high ROI
• Helping writing bids to ensure new business is successfully won and delivered
• Keeping up with the latest industry trends and report these back to the business
• Working with other BD coordinators to successfully manage pipeline of new business

Ideally, we are looking for the candidate to have experience with MS Office (essential) and experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, SharePoint (desirable).
