As a vital member of our integrated Sales & Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in diligently tracking, responding to, and closing every new business opportunity that comes our way. 

This position offers a dynamic and varied experience, providing you with the opportunity to develop new skills while closely collaborating with the Commercial Director and supporting the wider Sales & Marketing Team in converting new business opportunities. 

As a consultant, you will engage with a diverse range of customers and prospects within the education sector. While you won't be responsible for generating new business from scratch, you should possess strong sales acumen, quick thinking abilities, adaptability, professionalism, and the interpersonal skills needed to influence key stakeholders. With our extensive portfolio of services and products tailored to our customer's needs, you will actively engage with education stakeholders to discuss and provide effective service solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Convert new business opportunities by utilizing both inbound and outbound sales techniques, selling professional services to the education sector.
  • Manage inbound leads and web inquiries, converting them into fully qualified opportunities through online or face-to-face meetings.
  • Conduct fact-finding calls with a consultative and professional approach, ensuring prospects align with our company values and maintaining our exceptional client retention rates.
  • Effectively manage and nurture a sales pipeline using sales software.
  • Follow up on targeted marketing campaigns to new business prospects and provide seamless support to marketing colleagues.
  • Achieve assigned targets, KPIs, and strategic objectives.
  • Attend new business meetings as required.
