Business Development Manager (Bolton)

Salary up to £45,000 basic per annum (Depending on Experience)

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager with a strong background in catering and hospitality fit-outs to join our team.

Position Overview: As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities working alongside the MD. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our design and project management teams and MD to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the catering and hospitality sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and requirements and develop customised solutions.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development within the catering and hospitality industry, with a focus on fit-outs.
• Strong understanding of catering and hospitality operations and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
