This is an office based role.

The financial remuneration for this role is up to £30,000 basic + £10k - £12k OTE.

This role will involve minor travel throughout the UK to client meetings, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.

Based at our East Midlands Airport office (DE74 2SA), we have an opportunity for an energetic Business Development Executive with experience in selling services within the B2B environment.

Using your sales and marketing skills, you will be responsible for generating appointments to promote our security vetting & recruitment services.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a minimum of 12 -18 months of direct telephone sales experience, who is looking to eventually progress to a Business Development role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:
• Conducting market research and lead generation.
• Generate your own business appointments via networking, telesales, and other social media tools such as LinkedIn.
• Undertake client visits to establish client needs and offer a professional vetting or recruitment solution.
• Professionally deliver sales quotes, assist with tenders, and negotiate fees for services.

For you to be successful in this Business Development Executive role:
• 12 - 18 months of outbound B2B sales experience from the professional services industry.
• A highly competent outbound sales professional who excels in telemarketing, professional networking, and client account management.
• Experienced in generating your own leads and managing your own sales pipeline.
• Be fully competent in all aspects of the sales process.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation products.
• Have experience working of working to financial targets.
• Have experience in managing client accounts.
