We have an opportunity for a Business Development Managerto join a rapidly developing Chemical Manufacturing company, who are actively looking to grow their sales team.

This is a field sales role covering the Northern Home Counties and Southeast area and will be fully remote when not out meeting new clients.

As a Business Development Managerday-to-day your role will entail:

• Generating leads and building relationships to develop new business.
• Managing and nurturing existing client relationships to encourage growth.
• Growing presence within the Chemical Manufacturing industry.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills.
• Have a strong understanding of the sales process, experience in generating leads and building relationships, alongside closing deals.
• Confident, clear and inspiring communication and presentation skills.
• Experience of selling within an industrial environment

If successful you can expect a basic salary of £40,000, depending on the experience you can offer, along with a car allowance, pension and lots of ongoing training and development to help you progress.
