About the Company: Our client, a rapidly expanding dental group committed to delivering exceptional service and care to its patients, is currently recruiting for a highly experienced Telesales Executive to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and are driven to achieve results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Hands-On Management: The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of telesales operations before building and leading a high-performing team. They are seeking individuals who are committed to excellence and can lead by example.

  2. Target Achievement: The Telesales Executive will consistently meet and exceed sales targets, inspiring the team through exemplary performance and leadership.

  3. Team Building: They will be responsible for establishing and nurturing a dedicated telesales team, and developing a comprehensive training program for new recruits to ensure their success.

  4. Long-Term Vision: The candidate will exhibit a commitment to long-term growth by developing the brand and expanding to additional sites. They are looking for individuals with a strategic mindset and a vision for the future.

  5. Experience Requirement: Previous experience in medical telesales is essential, with a minimum of 5 years in telesales, demonstrating determination, commitment, and the ability to generate bookings from provided leads.

  6. Inbound Enquiries: The focus will be solely on booking inbound inquiries, eliminating the need for cold calls or outbound inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in telesales, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. The company is looking for individuals who will consistently strive to surpass expectations and drive exceptional results.
  • Previous experience in medical sales is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. They are seeking candidates who can build and motivate a team.
