Business Development Manager - Pareto Executive Team - London

Our highly skilled Executive team is currently undergoing extensive expansion, with exciting plans for further national and international growth in
2024.

As part of our planned growth we are seeking a confident and engaging BDM to focus on
hunting out new business opportunities on behalf of our Executive Division, specialising in senior sales
and technical sales professionals.

As well as an uncapped earning potential, this role will develop you both personally and professionally,
and is therefore an opportunity not to be missed!

The Candidate:

  • Pro-activity is one of the most important behaviours we need in our BDMs. You will need to generate your own prospects
  • Energy and enthusiasm for their work, ensuring the focus is always on creating
    sales with Clients - new and existing

    and challenge as appropriate
  • Proactively look, listen and question to understand and learn the disciplines of the
    job
  • An interest in new ideas and techniques, seeking and taking on board feedback,
    identifying areas for self-development
