Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Home based (3 days a month in Birmingham)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Commission

Location: The head office is in Birmingham, this role offers a flexible home-based contract. You'll only need to be in Birmingham 2-3 times a month once settled, with an initial expectation of spending 2-3 days a week in Birmingham for the first month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our reach and impact.
- Identify and cultivate prospects within schools, local authorities, and healthcare settings.
- Close deals and manage accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate inbound leads and support lead conversion efforts.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in selling training programs (instructor-led or online) or within the education, public sector, or healthcare markets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
