Founded in 2007, and with over 40 years' industry experience, our client specialises in the design, manufacture, procurement, stocking and distribution of electronic components. Their in-house design department, together with their on-site manufacturing facility, allow them to be able to take a customer's enquiry and provide samples and pre-production quantities within 24-48 hours. They understand the importance of UK manufactured products to their customers and offer a full production service for small to medium volume components. With a wealth of experience in setting up offshore manufacturing facilities, they are perfectly placed to offer cost-effective solutions of small to very high volume production in their European and Far-Eastern facilities. In their 5,000sq feet warehouse, they stock a wide range of standard transformers, wound components and power supplies.

Role:

Our client is looking to expand its growing team with the addition of a highly determined, driven and organised Bsiness Development Manager. You will be responsible for helping to identify opportunities and sell high quality electronic components to new potential customers you develop, as well as their existing customers base. The company is based in the midlands, although they are equipped for someone to work remotely.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A proven track record opf fiels sales within the electronic component industry is essential including having sold transformers or power supply.
  • Experience of dealing with Electrical distributors
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel
