Salary of c£35,000 plus 5-7% commission (c£75-80K OTE uncapped)
Futures Recruitment Services Ltd are delighted to be recruiting a new Business Development Manager for an idyllic creative agency based in Basingstoke. With a turnover of 4 million this role presents great opportunity and potential for success in a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial company.
Requirements- Proven sales track record in a relevant role
- Previous agency experience (2 years minimum)
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management Systems
- Market knowledge
- First-class communication and negotiation skills
- Develop a growth strategy
- Research and identify markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospects
- Maintain a strong grasp on sales forecasts, sales and invoices
- Develop and build long-term relationships with new clients
- Develop entry-level sales staff into valuable salespeople
This role offers a basic salary of £35,000 with up to 7% commission plus other package benefits, a great opportunity to work with a creative team and develop ongoing and sustainable relationships.
