Sunbury on Thames
£50K per annum + commission 


Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their company due to expansion. This exciting opportunity will enable the individual to build and grow a sales structure within the organisation. You will:

  • Identify new opportunities and leads
  • Manage the entire sales process from researching organisations, making initial contact and developing new business relationships
  • Be actively involved in building the annual sales and financial targets
  • Gain a strong understanding on the services offered within the organisation  
  • Develop and prepare sales presentations 
  • Be responsible for managing the tender process
  • Work with new clients to onboard efficiently and accurately
  • Work closely with the Directors and the wider teams to ensure new and existing clients are receiving a professional service at all times
  • Present progress reports/figures to the Directors
  • Gain a good understanding of the client’s needs and their expectations
  • Meet KPI’s set 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong experience working within a similar sales role 
  • Have experience in managing tenders
  • Be a confident negotiator and ability to close the deal
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
  • Work well independently and remain self-motivated 
  • Be happy to work hands on within the role
  • Have a full UK driving licence with own car
  • Have a proven track record of meeting KPI’s and targets 

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
