Role Overview:

Based in Berkshire, you'll be responsible for engaging with AV integrators, consultants, and end-users to promote our cutting-edge products. This role will involve national travel, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive new business sales within the Pro AV sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with AV integrators, consultants, and end-users.
- Drive channel sales by developing and nurturing partner relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to effectively promote our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within the AV industry.
- Strong track record of success in new business sales and channel development.
- Excellent product knowledge, particularly within LED displays and digital signage.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
