Business Development Executive
£25,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
Monday – Friday 8.00 – 5.00pm

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive to join a leading construction supplier within the UK. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the business by cultivating and generating leads for their external (field-based) sales representatives.

My client is looking for an ambitious, organised individual who has excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Duties include:

• Making outbound calls to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understanding client needs, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Using various online tools to identify and qualify leads
• Maintaining and updating the CRM database
• Provide administrative support to the External Sales Representatives business development
• Identifying new business opportunities

The successful candidate must have/be:

• Proficiency in using CRM systems (desirable)
• Experience in a previous role that focuses on business development
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• IT Proficiency
