Business Development Manager

Up to £50K plus OTE

A UK leading, high-growth MSP is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Oxford!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships and fostering client relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address client needs and deliver maximum value.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to inform business strategies.
  • Represent at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development, with experience in the IT sector or related industries preferred.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of sustainable IT solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving positive change.
