Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a specialist organisation who because of success are growing the business.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing new business UK wide in specified sectors through both office and field sales.
- Building and maintaining your own leads and target clients
- Managing & maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Supporting in-house key client accounts under direction of MD.
- Working collaboratively with Sales Team to maximize profits & sales opportunities.
- Build a relationship with clients to gain an understanding of their needs.
- Networking.
- Liaising with key stakeholders.
- Presenting to stakeholders and decision makers.
- Turn leads into active spending accounts by building and maintaining relationships.
- Pro-actively grow your pipeline.
- Generating new business opportunities through various channels
The ideal BDM / Business Development Manager will have
- Drive and determination.
- Previous BDM experience within Aerospace/Defence/Education sector is essential for this position
- Will be able to multitask, be adaptable to change.
- Will have good analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
- Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Office.
- Will have good communications skills.
- Will want to develop within an organisation
