Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing Agency -  Oxford - £40000 plus 5k profit share - Remote Working 

Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Business Development Manager for an Oxford based Digital Marketing Agency who specialise in in strategic communications and content marketing.

As part of this growth, they are expanding their team and are working with us to find them a dynamic Business Development Manager

The purpose of the Business Development Manager  role is to bring on new clients. This will be done by a variety of sales and business development methods including, outbound calls and attending networking events both in London and local to the home location of the individual.

We are looking for an ideas person, who is commercially aware, collaborative  and fun and who understands how to build effective relationships and turn them into business.

This Business Development Manager role is a new role so you really can make it your own.

Ideal Candidates Will be or have:

  • An understanding of digital marketing and how a marketing agency works
  • Worked in a business development/client acquisition/sales role before – ideally for a marketing business
  • Responsible accountable and results focussed
  • Good researcher with ability to find relevant events and networks to attend for business growth and to win clients
  • A great all round communicator in person, on the phone and in writing.
  • Experienced and familiar with preparation of proposals, bids, etc
  • Experienced with CRMs and day to day prospecting
  • Collaborative,
  • Used to managing sales pipelines with effective record keeping and follow ups
  • Will be articulate, well presented and a great brand ambassador
  • Have wide experience of business networking and how to leverage it to grow a business.
  • Car driver with own vehicle
  • Live within easy commuting distance of London (for networking events)

This company has a fresh energetic approach, all of the team work from home and have honed their communication to build an effective, happy and supportive team.

This is a full time employed role, working from home and covering Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Berkshire whilst travelling to networking events and client meetings. You will receive a salary and share of profits as a reward for business won. The salary on offer is £40,000 plus profit share. The company offers 25 days paid holidays plus bank holidays.
