Job Title; Business Development Manager

Salary; £28,000 to £30,000 per annum plus bonus and company car

Shift Pattern; Monday to Friday

Location; Leicester

Our client has built a reputation as one of UK’s largest independent commercial vehicle sales, service & solution providers and this role will centre around the development of trade accounts for aftermarket parts for many commercial van and truck manufacturers, including DAF, Man, Mercedes, Renault, Scania and Volvo. This is a field based role with a territory of Leicestershire, east to Peterborough.

Business Development Manager Role;

• Dealing with customers promptly and exceeding customer expectations both face to face and via the telephone
• Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner
• Development of increasing both the sales and recognition of the brand in the respective areas covered
• Sets high standards for self and others; works effectively in partnership with all colleagues; supports with actions that secure achievement of the team objectives
• Excellent organisational skills in a customer service environment

Business Development Manager Candidate;

• Prior knowledge of the automotive industry, and particularly commercial vehicles
• Have a good understanding of the sales process and success in closing the sale
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, CRM and Outlook).
• Excellent administration skills. 
• Enthusiastic.
• Outstanding organisation skills.
• Customer service driven.
• Strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• Full UK driving licence
