Business Development Manager
Reading/Crawley/Southampton - Covering Region
£40k+ Company Vehicle + Yearly Bonus
We are working with a market leading business that is looking for new talent in their business. This role will be a mix of new business development and managing existing customers, so we are after an all rounder. Our ideal candidate will have a track record in B2B, ideally in the Electrical Sector, face to face sales, be hard working and hungry to WIN!
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into new business.
- Cold calls as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, decision-makers on makers within client organization
- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
- Participate in pricing the customers requirements.
Personal Specification
- Have a proven track record within B2B face-to-face sales.
- Experience dealing with specifiers & installers.
- Hard working, dedicated with a hunger for success.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
