WSR are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join the team for our Global client, based near Frankfurt, Germany

Location: Frankfurt area, Germany

Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Company Car 

Languages: German & English

Travel Required: Frequent travel within Germany

Role overview

Our Client specialize in customer experience management consulting and offer turnkey queue flow solutions to clients across 150+ countries globally. Renowned for their strategic approach and delivering exceptional ROI, they are the trusted partner of choice for major enterprises seeking efficient people movement and organization solutions. The customer base for this opportunity consists mainly of German, but also international Retailers, Airports & Leisure and Tourism Venues. The company employs approximately 200 people worldwide.

They are recruiting for an experienced Field Sales Business Development Manager to generate new business revenues.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Acquisition of new customers as well as Business Development within existing Clients
  • Presentation and demonstration of the product portfolio and on-site planning support for Clients
  • Implementation of entrepreneurial objectives, along with responsibility for sales and profitability
  • Regular coordination with superiors
  • Collaboration with the Internal Sales Department
  • Market, Competitor, and Customer analysis

CORE COMPETENCES:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the B2B sector
  • Experience in selling solutions in a consultative sales process
  • Communication skills, persuasiveness, and customer orientation
  • Independent, structured, and self-reliant 
  • Willingness to travel in the DACH region
  • Driver's license
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Negotiation skills in German and English, both spoken and written

KEY PERFORMANCE CRITERIA:

  • Sales growth in the Company’s key market sectors - Airports & Mass Transportation, Retail, Health & Safety, Channel, Leisure & Tourism venues
  • New market penetration
  • Growth in new product sales
