We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced Business Development Manager to join their existing team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector.
Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in business development, preferably within the payroll sector.
Strong understanding of BPO industry dynamics and trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location: Office-based, with hybrid options considered for the right candidate.
