Junior Business Development Manager

Central London

£32,000-£35,000 O.T.E Uncapped

Travelling to and closing meetings with business’s, Hybrid role, all travel paid for, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday and Pension Scheme.

The role

We are looking for experienced salespeople to fill our Junior Business Development Manager role. A person who can build a pipeline as well as upsell on existing customers as well. Someone who is willing to meet clients face to face/have team’s meetings to develop long-term relationships.

You will be expected to self-generate leads through cold calling techniques as well as sit meetings with clients through leads that have been developed through the Sales Development Representatives.  

Skills and Experience Required

-          Business to business sales experience (preferably in telecommunications)

-          Full UK Driving licence.

-          Happy to travel.

-          Ability to demonstrate adaptability.

-          Ability to communicate effectively.

-          Ability to demonstrate discipline.

-          Ability to be driven and self-motivated.
