Business Development Manager required for our client, a leading commercial leisure installation and maintenance company based in Essex, but carrying out work across the UK & Europe.

Business Development Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary circa £45,000 (guide only - negotiable depending on experience)
• Bonus structure to be discussed at interview
• Company vehicle provided
• Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 4:30pm
• 30 days holiday, including bank holidays

Our client currently works alongside a number of high-end commercial clients across the UK and Europe including hotel chains, football clubs, leisure facilities, and luxury residential facilities.

Due to expansion, our client has opened up the opportunity for someone with a strong sales background within the construction and/or leisure industry to join their growing company.

Business Development Manager Position Responsibilities

• Travelling across the UK to meet with prospective clients and secure new business for the company
• Establishing and further developing relationships with key clients across the leisure and wider construction industry
• Delivering effective tendering presentations to prospective clients
• Working alongside internal teams within the business to hit/exceed targets and further progress the business
• Completing office-based tasks when not on the road

Business Development Manager Position Requirements

• Strong business development background within the construction industry, with any leisure or hospitality industry exposure being highly desirable
• Demonstrable history of hitting sales targets and developing new business opportunities
• Full UK driving licence
• Based within a commutable distance of Braintree, Essex (companies office located within a 15-minute drive of Braintree)
