Upto £35,000 base OTE £50/£60k in first year
Permanent position
Working for a well-established, industry leading organisation that work with a variety of blue-chip companies across the globe and offer a range of tailored solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone with a B2B software sales background who is ambitious and eager to succeed.
Key Duties:
- To achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing leads and conversion rates
- Research, Identify and target potential customers to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through effective lead generation techniques
- Outbound calls and attending client visits-face to face and online
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market reach and achieve sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Monitor competitor activities
Key Skills Required:
- Must have previous sales experience within either visitor or contractor software, Security software, building management software VMS software or Health and Safety software
- Strong networking and new business development experience
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hours: Full time
Company Benefits:
- OTE £60,000-£70,000
