Area to be covered: National (must be based commutable to Leeds)

Remuneration: £35,000 + 1% uncapped commission

Benefits: Full benefits package and car allowance

The role of the Business Development Manager – Interior Design Services will involve:

• Field sales position selling the design and delivery of interior fit out and furniture solutions
• All of your time will be spent selling to and dealing with design & build partners, building surveyors and end users
• Leads provided
• Problem solving, resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers’ needs
• Targeted to achieve circa £500k – however yet to be confirmed
• Majority of your time will be spent generating new business
• Typical projects would include office, bars, restaurants, sports, leisure, hospitality

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Interior Design Services with:

• Must come from an interior fit out, commercial interiors, design & build, furniture suppliers, interior manufacturer background
• Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be able to generate new business
