With a passion for luxury and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in business development, particularly within the architecture and landscape design industry.
Responsibilties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landscape architects and garden designers and key decision-makers in the high-end residential construction industry
- Collaborate with existing contacts to identify expansion opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
- Effectively present a capsule portfolio of products to architects, designers, and contractors

- Initiative: Proactively seek opportunities.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a field-based role while being a team player.
- Creativity: Think outside the box to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Ability to read people and respond effectively.
- Tenacity: Persistence in managing a long sales cycle to close high-value deals.
Experience:
• Experience with the specification market, ideally high end residential or consultative type sales
Location:
Weekly/fortnightly visits to office in Somerset
Majority of contacts are in London, Cotswolds and Home Counties
